The Process of Booking your First Session

Here are five easy steps to let you know the whole process of becoming a client and having your first session.

  1. Contact us through the following: Contact Form on Website, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook.
  2. Tell us what you are looking for. Ex. Training at home/outdoor/gym or couple training.
  3. We will find a date and time that’s good for you to book a session.
  4. Once session is booked, we send a question template for you to fill out. This will be our consultation with you.
  5. Fill it up, send it back and you’re good to go for your first session!
