The constantly varied training sessions are a combination of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and short Cardio training. The workouts are described as fun, extremely challenging and highly effective. The workouts of the day (a.k.a. WOD’s) consist of personalized private group training sessions where an Elite Coach/Certified Professional Trainer guides you and pushes you every step of the way.
