Personal Training at Gym

Personal Training is 1-on-1 training with your own personal trainer. At our gyms in Malta, we focus on our client’s personal goals.We evaluate each student on their first visit in a one-on-one introductory session.  With that evaluation we can prescribe the appropriate fitness regimen for each individual. Everyone comes to our gyms at different levels of fitness and therefore will need to workout at the right intensity to achieve their desired results.  With this in mind, our various gyms have many options for their students.
