Muay Thai is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.

This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as “the art of eight limbs”because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins/feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient.

The training sessions are accessible for all skill levels, although you do need to master the basic skills of kickboxing before participating in the Group sessions. In one private (1-on-1) session we can take you through the basics of Kickboxing, teaching you the footwork and basic strikes; punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Take a private lesson and you’ll receive one free day pass for a Small Group training.
